FAC Spotlight: New Leadership Staff

Announced for the Finance Cabinet

Last week Secretary William M. Landrum III announced changes to management

staff at both the cabinet and Department of Revenue levels. Melinda Hill is now

the cabinet’s chief of staff and C. Jane Becker is the new deputy commissioner

for the Dept. of Revenue (DOR).

Finance Cabinet Goes to the KY State Fair

This year the Finance Cabinet was a sponsor of the fair and had a booth on

“Main Street.” Staff members throughout the cabinet manned the booth every day. 



Transportation's Ohio River Bridges Downtown Crossing

project is competing to be named Best in America!


The Downtown Crossing project has been selected one of the top 12 projects nationwide for the

10th annual America's Transportation Awards competition. Now it’s in the running for the

People's Choice Award, which is determined by online voting. VOTE early and often!


State Housing Finance Agency Launches Homeownership Program

to Help Ky Veteran & Military Families

On Wednesday, the Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) announced a new, statewide

loan option to assist eligible military families and non-active duty veterans achieve the

dream of homeownership for first-time homebuyers.
