Franklin Graham Prayer Rally, Wednesday May 4

Franklin Graham will be in Kentucky on May 4th for his “Decision America Tour” prayer rally
from noon to 1 p.m. on the front steps of the Capitol. Event organizers are estimating
that more than 7,000 people may attend.
Several roads in and around the Capitol will be closed from 7:30am to 2:30pm. You will
be able to enter and leave the Capital Campus via Shelby Street and through the Capital
Annex Parking Structure entrance off Old Lawrenceburg Rd. All roads will reopen at 2:30pm.
If you have meetings on the Capital Campus that day, you may wish to postpone or find another venue.

· Logan Street from State Street to Todd Street
· Capitol Loop

RX Drugs During National ‘Take Back’ Program
Kentucky State Police (KSP) is partnering with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) on April 30, 2016
in a collaborative effort to remove potentially dangerous controlled substances from home medicine
cabinets. Collection activities will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in every KSP Post area across the state.
