Division of Human Resources
The Division of Human Resources contains the Personnel Branch and Payroll Branch. Together they manage and coordinate personnel, payroll, employee benefit and performance functions for the Finance and Administration Cabinet and agencies attached to the Governor's Office.
Division functions include:
- Personnel system processes
- Payroll system, paycheck distribution and time keeping processes
- Employee information and management
The Division coordinates the following activities for all Finance and Administration Cabinet employees:
- Employee performance evaluations
- Employee policies and procedures
- Employee suggestion system
- Employee tuition assistance
- Employee training
- FMLA
- Health Insurance
- New employee orientation
- Sick leave sharing program
- Worker's Compensation program
